At Mid-South Lighting, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions below.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must be unused, unworn where applicable, and in its original packaging, with all original tags and accessories included. You must also provide your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
For damaged or incorrect items, please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when contacting us.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Items that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items that are missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items, where applicable

Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way to receive the new product is generally to return the original item, subject to our return requirements, and place a new order for the replacement item.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise approved for a prepaid return, the customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Mid-South Lighting is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned without tracking or adequate packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of the return being approved.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
